The following persons are eligible for copies of reports:
- Individuals involved in an accident
- Automobile Insurance Companies
- Lawyers representing individuals involved in an accident
- Other Governmental Jurisdictions

To obtain a copy of a police report(s) you can either schedule an appointment to come in our office at:
appointments.policereports@phila.gov
or mail in your request to:
Police Record Unit, City of Philadelphia, Department of Records, Room 170, City Hall, Philadelphia, PA 19107
For each report requested, payment of a non-refundable fee of $25.00 is to be made by Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, echeck- payable to: "City of Philadelphia".
